SALALS and SAALT Joint Conference postponed to 2021

The organising committee has decided to postpone the SALALS/SAALT 2020 Conference that was to be hosted in June/July this year. 

Due to the COV19 pandemic that has had a dire impact on countries and communities around the world, as well as the most recent announcement by the President of South Africa, prohibiting meetings of larger than 100 people, as well as both international and national travel, the organisers felt it appropriate to postpone the conference.

The proposal is to reschedule for Sunday 27^th to Wednesday 30^th of June 2021.

More information and detail will be shared in due course regarding registration, abstract submission and other important logistical arrangements for the conference.
